Palantir Technologies is expected to report second-quarter 2026 earnings after the market closes on Monday that surpass Wall Street consensus estimates, as the company benefits from accelerating demand for its Artificial Intelligence Platform across government and commercial clients. Bloomberg-polled analysts anticipate continued double-digit revenue growth.

Palantir has ridden a wave of enterprise AI adoption over the past year, with its US commercial segment posting some of the fastest growth in company history. Chief executive Alex Karp has repeatedly cited surging demand from American businesses seeking to deploy large language models on proprietary data through Palantir's AIP software.

The report arrives as US quarterly earnings season enters a critical stretch, with technology valuations under intense scrutiny over whether AI spending translates into durable revenue. Palantir's US government revenue, anchored by contracts with the Department of Defense and intelligence agencies, has also expanded amid heightened federal spending on data and defence technology.

Investors will focus closely on whether Palantir raises its full-year guidance, given the stock's elevated valuation relative to peers. A strong beat and upgraded outlook would likely lift the shares, while any hint of slowing commercial momentum could trigger a sharp pullback, according to analysts at Wedbush Securities.

Dan Ives, managing director at Wedbush Securities, said: "Palantir remains the clearest pure-play beneficiary of the enterprise AI revolution. The commercial ramp in the US continues to exceed expectations." Ives maintains a bullish rating on the company.
